Inner Dialogue Work

Your inner dialogue is so important. From the connection is has to your emotions, to the connection it has to your nervous system. Our thoughts dictate so much about how we feel and live day to day. Our thoughts also direct our subconscious beliefs which is the place we operate 90% of our life from. We can reprogram our thought patterns. I have tons of resources on how to do this outside of 1:1 work with me. My book, Safety at the Roots™ has a step by step process on how to get to the roots and heal your thought patterns.

Learn to shift your inner dialogue by heading to any of our self-led programs or heading to our Pinterest for positive affirmations and thoughts.

The Mind Body Connection

There is a connection between the mind and body and how it is directly affects your daily functioning. Emotions, traumas, and beliefs get stored in the body which causes physical, emotional, and mental suffering. Healing has to take place using the mind-body connection as well. Here is where you can focus your healing to nurture the mind-body connection.

  • Nutrition

  • Physical Exercise

  • Somatic Healing Practices

  • Visualization

  • Positive Affirmations/mindset shifts

  • Breathing and meditation

Meditation/ Journaling

Meditation is a relaxation tool and also used in my practice to help you tap deeper into your emotions, trauma, and expression. I use guided meditation for myself and my clients to better assist in releasing the things that no longer serve us and increase the level of mindfulness we live with.

Using a journal is a tool that can be beneficial in assisting with emotion regulation, coping with life stressors, process emotions/trauma, and guide you to go deeper within to better yourself.

Check out our Store to purchase a variety of guided meditations and journals.
